of the Indian Hills Homeowner's Association SUMMARY A homeowner's meeting of the Indian Hills/Glen Eden Community Association was held at 7:30 PM June 19 at the clubhouse. Attending were Kate DeMedeiros, Sophia Phillips, Melissa Bowen, Bill Anselm, Jennifer Kantowski, Laura Tilley, Joan LaRosa, Tony Rufolo, and John Van Schaik. After some delay gathering proxies, 28 votes were eventually recorded, representing 21% of the homeowners; the by-laws require 20% attending to establish a quorum. [47 voted in last year's election.] The proposed slate of officers was unanimously elected with no abstentions. President: Sophia Phillips The four members-at-large are: The new board will serve from July 1, 2007 to June 30, 2008, and will meet at a mutually convenient date in July. By street, the turn out was: Informal discussions took place while the vote was being tallied,
but no community business was transacted. The need for acoustic dampening
in the clubhouse was raised, and that dumpsters for household trash
