Club House Rental

Use:

The Clubhouse can be rented for private events by a Resident, (21 years of age or older).
Dates must be scheduled through the Clubhouse scheduling officer.
Rental is available from 10am—10pm, Sun—Thu & 10am—12 midnight Fri—Sat.
The pool and deck area may be rented in conjunction with the clubhouse.

Restrictions:

Rental will be on a first come first served basis.
No rental date will be reserved without a signed rental agreement, rental fee & deposit.
The Resident will be responsible/liable for all event related activities and attendees.
The Resident will be responsible for all clean-up at the conclusion of the event.
Rental includes use of the Clubhouse ONLY.
The Basketball court is not included in the rental and is open for community use at ALL times and is not to be used for parking.
The Playground is not included in the rental and is open for community use at ALL times.
No alcoholic beverages may be consumed without obtaining and posting of proper licenses.

Access:

Check-in/Check-out of premises will be by designated Clubhouse officer.
