Use
Court is to be used for Tennis ONLY.
Court is to be used by Residents and their guests, only when accompanied by the Resident.
Play is limited to 1 hour when others are waiting.
Maximum of four (4) players are permitted on the court at one time.
ONLY soft sole tennis shoes are to be worn on the court.
ONLY regulation tennis balls are to be used on the court.
 
Restrictions
No Bikes, Roller Blades, Skateboards, etc.
No Dogs or Cats.
Don’t throw rackets or hit court surface with a racket.
Don’t hang on, sing on or hit the net.
No tennis baseball.
 
Access
The court is to be kept locked at all times when not in use.
Keys to access the court will be given out on a one per family basis.
A $5.00 key deposit is required.
